Most courses have no entry requirements. Specific qualifications like L3 Personal Training may require L2 Fitness Instructing or equivalent. This is stated on each course page.

We recommend completing within 12 months of enrolment, but we work flexibly with students who need more time. Contact us if you need an extension.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider. No card details are stored on our platform.

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any course materials. Once materials are accessed, refunds cannot be issued. Email simbalivecoach@gmail.com to request a refund.

Yes. Most courses offer a self-study option and a 'With Simba' option that includes direct tutor feedback and personalised coaching. Prices are shown on each course page.

Yes. Our fitness and coaching qualifications are accredited through a regulated awarding body recognised by Ofqual. ESOL qualifications are also regulated and accepted by employers and institutions worldwide.

Once all units are completed and marked as passed by your tutor, your certificate is issued by the awarding body. You will receive a digital certificate through the platform. Physical certificates may also be issued depending on the awarding body.

You will receive detailed feedback explaining what needs improving. You can resubmit your work. There is no penalty for resubmission, and we support you through the process.

Yes. Submit a written appeal to simbalivecoach@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your result. Appeals are reviewed by an independent assessor within 28 days.

Any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a web browser. No app download required. All course materials are accessible through your student portal.

Yes. On any assignment you can either type your answer or tap 'Record a voice answer' and speak. We'll automatically turn your recording into text that you can review and edit before submitting. Your original recording is also saved for your assessor.

Courses lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Programmes (like Champion Cut and Shape & Glow) are coaching programmes focused on fitness and mindset — they do not lead to a regulated qualification.
